Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is Bevel?
Bevel is a UK-based online marketplace connecting verified construction material suppliers with professional buyers. We streamline the process of sourcing and ordering building materials through a simple quote-based system.
2. Can I request quotes from multiple suppliers?
Yes. Each supplier manages their own listings, pricing, and availability. You can request quotes from multiple suppliers through the marketplace.
3. Can I request an invoice?
Yes. VAT invoices are available upon request after you accept and pay a quote. Please email team@bevelmarket.com with your Bevel order reference. We will contact the supplier on your behalf and ensure the invoice is issued. Suppliers are responsible for issuing invoices and usually provide them within seven working days.
4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the supplier, material type, and stock. Your delivery cost and estimated delivery window will be included in the supplier’s quote before you accept it.
5. Can I track my delivery?
Some suppliers may provide delivery updates or tracking information. If tracking is not available, you can request updates through the Bevel messaging system linked to your order.
6. Can I return an order?
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied. All return requests must be emailed to team@bevelmarket.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds are issued only after Bevel completes an internal investigation and verifies the issue.
7. How can I become a supplier on Bevel?
To apply, email team@bevelmarket.com with details about your business and the materials you provide. Bevel works exclusively with verified UK manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers that meet our quality and reliability standards. All applications are reviewed, and approval is at Bevel’s discretion.
