Data we collect We collect only the data necessary to operate the marketplace. 2.1 Account data Name, company name (if provided), email address, phone number, and login details. 2.2 Transaction data Quote requests, accepted quotes, order details, and messages exchanged between Buyers and Sellers. 2.3 Delivery data Delivery addresses, delivery instructions, and related information shared between users. 2.4 Seller onboarding data Business verification details and payout information required by Stripe. Bevel does not store full payment card details. 2.5 Technical data IP address, browser type, device information, usage logs, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP. 2.6 Cookies We use essential cookies and, where applicable, analytics and marketing cookies with consent.

How we use your data We use your data to: • create and manage accounts • enable Buyers and Sellers to communicate • facilitate quotes, orders, and transactions • support delivery arrangements between users • process payments and payouts via Stripe • prevent fraud and maintain platform safety • review disputes and resolve issues • provide customer support • comply with legal obligations • improve platform performance • send marketing communications where you have consented Personal data is processed to enable transactions directly between Buyers and Sellers on the platform.

Sharing your data We share data only where necessary to operate the marketplace: • Sellers – to fulfil orders and arrange delivery • Stripe Payments UK Ltd. – to process payments and payouts • Sharetribe Oy – to host and operate the platform • Service providers (e.g. Google Workspace, Zapier) – for communications and operational support • Regulators or authorities where required by law Data is shared only to the extent necessary to enable transactions and operate the marketplace. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Payments and invoices Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe acts as an independent payment provider and processes personal data in accordance with its own privacy policies. Bevel does not store or control full payment card details. Where a Buyer requests an invoice, necessary information may be shared with the Seller so they can issue the invoice. Sellers are responsible for issuing invoices and handling tax obligations.

Communications and monitoring Buyers and Sellers communicate through the platform. Bevel may review platform communications where reasonably necessary for: • fraud prevention • dispute resolution • safety and security • enforcement of platform rules Bevel may review communications where reasonably necessary to maintain platform integrity, but does not monitor communications beyond what is required for these purposes.

International transfers Some service providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections.

Data retention We retain data only as long as necessary: • orders and financial records: up to 6 years • account data: duration of account + up to 24 months • messages and delivery evidence: up to 24 months • marketing data: until consent is withdrawn Data is deleted or anonymised after these periods.
