These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bevel, the online marketplace operated by Brightvale Industrial Limited, trading as Bevel (“Bevel”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Registered office: 221 Mansel Road, Birmingham, West Midlands, United Kingdom, B10 9NW
Company Number: 16212471
By creating an account, browsing listings, requesting a quote, or placing an order on Bevel (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Seller Policy, and related platform policies. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
- Our role
Bevel operates an online marketplace that connects buyers and independent third-party sellers (“Sellers”).
Bevel is not the seller, manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or courier of any goods listed on the platform.
All contracts for the sale of goods are formed directly between the buyer (“Buyer”) and the Seller. Bevel is not a party to any contract of sale.
Sellers are solely responsible for: · product descriptions · pricing · legal compliance · delivery arrangements · fulfilment of orders · handling cancellations, returns, and refunds
Bevel provides the platform, payment facilitation, and communication tools only. Bevel does not take ownership or possession of any goods at any time.
- Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, listings, or access to the platform where we reasonably believe there is fraud, misuse, breach of these Terms or related platform policies, non-compliance with applicable laws, payment or dispute risks, platform abuse, hateful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or offensive conduct, operational risk, or risk to the platform, its users, or its reputation.
- Buyer classification
Bevel is designed for trade, business, and project-based purchases. Buyers may be businesses or consumers.
Where a Buyer acts as a consumer, statutory consumer rights apply and are not affected by these Terms.
Where a Buyer acts in the course of business, consumer cancellation rights do not apply.
- Listings and quotes
Sellers list goods and respond to Buyer enquiries using a request-for-quote system.
Buyers must provide accurate information when requesting a quote, including delivery location, quantity, and timing requirements.
Sellers provide quotes which may include: · product price · delivery cost (if applicable) · total price · availability
A legally binding contract is formed only when a Buyer accepts a Seller’s quote through the platform.
- Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect or other third-party payment providers.
Bevel does not hold customer funds. All payments are handled through regulated payment providers.
Buyers must pay the full agreed amount through the platform.
Sellers must complete all required onboarding and verification processes with the payment provider to receive payouts.
Stripe or Bevel may delay, stage, or hold payouts where necessary for: · fraud prevention · compliance checks · dispute investigation · legal obligations
- Invoices
Invoices are issued by Sellers.
Buyers may request invoices directly from Sellers via the platform messaging system.
Where applicable, Sellers must issue valid VAT invoices in accordance with UK law.
Bevel does not issue invoices on behalf of Sellers but may assist in facilitating invoice requests.
- Delivery
Delivery arrangements are agreed directly between Buyers and Sellers.
Bevel does not provide, arrange, or guarantee delivery services.
Sellers are responsible for: · delivery terms · delivery timelines · delivery execution
Bevel may request evidence of delivery in the event of disputes.
- Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Buyers may cancel quote requests at any time before accepting a Seller’s quote.
8.2 After acceptance
After a quote is accepted, cancellation and return rights are governed by: · the Seller’s terms; and · applicable law
